Saturday, July 15, 2017 – Set up by 7:30 AM
Vehicle must be unloaded, booth items in location and car removed by 7:30 am. Booths may be set up on Friday evening or Saturday morning. If you choose to unload on Friday evening, you are responsible for securing your items. The Sun & Sea Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The vendor coordinator will provide additional details based on your approval and type of booth.
Please note that the pricing structure has changed this year. Early Bird applicants will benefit from a lower booth fee and if you are a returning vendor you may reserve your spot from last year or place a hold on another spot. Those who apply and pay closer to the event date will have fewer location options. BOOTH DIMENSION IS 10ft. by 10ft.
Note: Local Imperial Beach Businesses receive a 25% discount off the appropriate fee based on type of vendor booth and date of application.
